Abstract

Human resources are workers who try hard and help the organization achieve its goals. The better the performance produced, the agency goals will be achieved. The population in this study was 65 non-ASN nurses using saturated sampling techniques. Inthis research,it was found that:(1)Work shifts have an effect on perrformance(2) Financial compenmsation has an effect on performance (3)Work motivation has an effect on perfomance (4) Work shifts, financial compensationand work motivation simultaneously have an effect on performance.
