Abstract
This study aims to determine the Effects of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Work Shifts and Interpersonal Communication on the Performance of Non-Medical Employees at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The types of data and data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this research is 223 employees. Determination of the research sample was carried out with the type of Probability Sampling. The analytical method used is successive interval method, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, using the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that independently (t test) 1) Occupational Safety and Health has an effect on the Performance of Non-Medical Employees at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City. 2) Work Shifts affect the Performance of Non-Medical Employees at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City. 3) Interpersonal Communication does not have a significant effect on the Performance of Non-Medical Employees at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City.
