Abstract

The dataanalysis tool thatwasusedinthisstudywas thevaliditytest, the reliability test, the classical assumption test, the regressiontest. Service has no effect on the performance of employees of the Sumurpanggang Health Center in Tegal City. 4). Self-efficacy, work discipline and service simultaneously affect the performance of employees of the Sumurpanggang Health Center in Tegal City.
