Abstract

The motivation behind this study was to decide and investigate how much impact the free factors Return On Assets, Company Size and Reputation of the Underwriter somewhat or at the same time influence the underprincing of organizations directing IPO (Initial Public Offering). The populace in this study is the crude products area recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016- 2021 period, adding up to 93 organizations.
